Mobile soul catering
Welcome to Mobile Soul Catering. Here we offer three options for your culinary needs. We have two food trailers for your private or public events where we prepare soulful dishes that are bold, delicious, and served per order. You will also find our catering menu under the menu tab. We prepare these dishes for a disclosed number of guests. These dishes can be delivered, served, or you can pick them up. There is an extra fee for delivery and service. The service fee will be on an hourly basis and on the number of staff members needed to provide the adequate service.

Vegan Black Bean Dish

Deliciously seasoned vegan black beans made with Olive Oil, onions, garlic, olives, and bell peppers. Served over rice with plantains and a drink. (Add a protein for $3.00).
Oxtail over rice

Seasoned oxtail in a tomato-based sauce with onions, bell peppers, garlic, olives, and spicy peppers. Served over white rice with plantains (Optional), and a drink.
Picadillo/ Ground Beef

Taco combo

Seasoned steak, chicken, or pork, on a corn tortilla. The taco comes with cheese, crema, avocado salsa, cilantro, and onions. Served with tortilla chips, salsa, and a drink.
Quesabirria Tacos

Shredded beef cooked in a chili, garlic, onion, and herb broth. Served in a grilled corn tortilla with Cheese. Comes with onions, cilantro, tortilla chips, and a drink.
Sweet Plantains

Pastelitos - Savory or Sweet Dessert

Useful Tips
- Feel free to ask questions about your meals.
- We use baguettes for our Cuban sandwiches.
- The rich flavor results in a final product that’s higher in fat, protein, and is some dishes dairy products.
- Our catering menu is at a Per Person, Per Pound, or Half Pan/Full Pan rate.
- We will be offering whole cooked pigs for your events in the near future.
- We are also working on a Holiday Menu for your enjoyment.
- We can deliver the food to your event for a fee or you can pick up your items at no cost.
